Philip Voorhees
 Mr. Philip Voorhees is the Technology Accessibility Coordinator at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). 

Session Topics Include:
• Global need to address having an accessibility plan and supporting evidence
• Development of an effective accessibility plan including various models applied throughout higher-ed
• Discover the various components used in the UNLV accessibility plan
• “Stop the Bleeding”, Adopting and procuring accessible ICT
• “Now that you have a plan, how do you implement it?”
