Transitional Resources
NCAHEAD has created a series of resources to educate others about preparing high school students with disabilities for the transition to college. Presentations have been created for various audiences, including students with disabilities and their parents, public school personnel, and college students preparing to work with students with disabilities.
Individuals within the state of North Carolina who are interested in scheduling a presentation should contact the Educational Outreach Committee chair. (This can either list the email address of the current chair, or link to the listing on the board page, which may make updating easier)
NCAHEAD members who are interested becoming presenters should contact the Educational Outreach Committee chair for training.
